This latest update of TABS Plus combines the power of one of the advanced database engines with a user interface, multiple report options and new contact management capabiliites, designed specifically with your business in mind.  Ongoing software development of TABS Plus has always been customer driven.  As new features are requested the software continues to grow into the most user friendly software for your industry.  


Basic features pertaining to your industry:

1. Project Management with recall and list selection based on multiple criteria. 

2. Time tracking which furnishes data for job costing and billing.

3. Billing options for different clients and projects include standard time and material billing, fixed fee billing, contract billing and work order billing.  

4. Accounts receivable posting lets you keep detailed records of who is paying their bills and who is not.  Many report formats are available for accounting reports for sales, accounts receivable, and receipts.  

5. A payables feature is included where you can keep you banking and expense records in TABS and well.

1.  Easily accessed history details for client or project.  

2.  Creation of reports and invoice as PDF files.

3.  Easier contact with clients regarding outstanding invoice through the ability to email invoices and statements directly from within the software.
